Everytime I plan on visitng Austin, I encounter unGodly weather. In the summer, it always reaches triple digits and the winter, well, let's just say I've gotten a cold before.
I just have to ask, what's the deal God? When all I do is sleep all day, it goes down to like 93 degrees. But if I want to visit some friends, my tires will melt and my car battery will get fried. And just walking from the public parking garage to the Capitol in 100-degree heat is enough to make you break out in a sweat.
Driving around downtown Austin all day trying to find a place to beat the heat between appointments will not be fun. I seriously need my own apartment with Central Air and WiFi just so I have some place to go for the two hours I'll be free all afternoon.
