Wow, I get some traffic

I'm getting a lot of traffic from Google searches on the cheerleading bill in the Lege, HB1476.

So, since I'm such a traffic hog, I only have Austin cheerleading suggestive, to say to that.

Actually, I get really tired of seeing legislation to make people more moral. It's a stupid waste of time. I don't think very many people think it is a good thing for middle-aged men to ogle 14-year-old girls at football games. So let the people in charge of the cheerleading squad handle it. Better yet, start a citizens group and talk to your school board. I think the Texas Lege has more important things to be discussing besides how suggestive cheerleading routines should be.

Good to see that people on both ends of the spectrum are agreeing that this is a ridiculous bill. I pretty much said the same thing yesterday about the Congress-and-baseball thing.
